We are one of the few butchers in Ireland to produce pork, beef and lamb from our own Farm to our licenced onsite Abbatoir and then to our Shop. As a result, we have full control over the welfare, traceability and quality of the meat we sell to you. The farm is located only 3km from the Abbatoir and Shop in Dunlavin, so the ?food miles? and carbon footprint of the business is kept as low as possible.
